Dr. Brisco has earned two Post Doctorate Fellowships since joining the practice in 1988. The Hollywood Vision Center - Optometry is one of the few practices in Southern California that provides full scope vision care including the following services: Vision Therapy, Children's Vision, Contact Lenses (including post-surgical fits and keratoconus), LASIK pre and post-op care, Strabismus, Amblyopia, Cataract surgery co-management, Geriatric Vision, Low Vision, Sports Vision, Visual Rehabilitation after brain injury, and Developmental Vision.

Dr. Brisco has extensive experience in treating difficult vision problems such as double vision, and loss of peripheral vision or depth perception. She is also well versed in prescribing prism in glasses and contact lenses. She often consults with patients who:

• Have vision problems that have been missed or misdiagnosed (such as tracking and eye teaming problems that affect academic and executive performance)
• Are unhappy with their current prescriptions
• Have poor refractive surgery outcomes, and need specialty post-surgical contact lenses
• Are referred by other doctors for consultations and second opinions

Dr. Brisco has received much national attention in the media, and is often quoted giving vision care advice. The practice was founded in 1919, and has provided vision care for a past United States president, international royalty, celebrities, VIPs, as well as countless families.

Dr. Brisco was the first Team Optometrist for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, and the only woman doctor in the NHL. She has also served as the Team Optometrist for the Long Beach Ice Dogs, and the MLS' Los Angeles Galaxy.
